I HAVE SWITCHED TO EUROPA FROM YOUR ATTERCLIFFE BRANCH. THE LEVEL OF SERVICE AT EUROPA IS VASTLY SUPERIOR. THE STAFF FROM JOHN WORDSWORTH, DOWNWARDS ARE VERY WELL TRAINED, ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND HAVE SO FAR KEPT TO THEIR PROMISES. THE CAR WAS READY – ON TIME, THE COST WAS NO MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE AND I HAVE NOW GOT MY FELLOW DIRECTOR ANDREW ROBERTS, WHO HAD A NEW C220 LAST DECEMBER VIA LOMBARD – TO USE EUROPA SERVICES.

MY CAR IS RETURNED TO ME WASHED, DRIED AND VACUUMED WITH PAPER CARPET COVERS AND SEAT COVERS INTACT. I AM ALWAYS OFFERED A COURTESY TEA/COFFEE AND TRANSPORT IS PROVIDED SHOULD I NEED IT.
